Investing back home, from anywhere.
Many OFWs work abroad with one goal: build something back home. Buying property in the Philippines from another country usually means agents, group chats, and paperwork spread across time zones. HomeKey is a web and mobile app that lets OFWs find and invest in Philippine properties without having to be there.
I led design and development on HomeKey, from early flows through build. The product sits between OFW buyers, banks, and property developers, and each of them needs something different from it. Keeping all three aligned added friction, and that friction is where a lot of the work went. I ran the stakeholder conversations and made most of the calls, so the design stayed clear for the buyer and the build stayed on track. The web and mobile apps share one experience, so nobody has to relearn it when they switch.
